We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and professional DOMESTIC SERVICE COUPLE for long-
term employment at a private luxury villa in Montenegro.
The successful couple will be primarily based at the employer’s main private residence
and will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards while
supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the household.
The employer also owns a beach house and several nearby rental villas, all located
within a 10 km radius of the main residence. During the summer season, the couple
may occasionally be required to assist with the preparation, maintenance, and operation
of these properties. However, their primary place of work will remain the main private
villa.
We are seeking individuals who take genuine pride in their work and demonstrate
exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping, property maintenance,
organisation, and presentation.
Main Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Cleaning
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of all interior areas of the villa
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitising all rooms
• Deep cleaning as required
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
throughout the property
Laundry & Wardrobe Care
• Washing, drying, ironing, steaming, and folding laundry
• Bed linen and towel management
• Wardrobe organisation and clothing careCooking & Kitchen Management
• Preparation of daily meals for the household
• Kitchen cleaning and organization
• Food storage and inventory management
• Assisting with grocery planning and household supplies
Outdoor Living Areas
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of terraces, balconies, outdoor dining areas, and
outdoor furniture
• Cleaning and care of shutters, railings, exterior doors, and accessible exterior
glass surfaces
• Maintaining outdoor living spaces to a high standard
• Assisting with seasonal preparations and post-renovation cleaning when required
Pet Care
• Daily care of household pets, including feeding and monitoring their well-being
Additional Duties
• Monitoring household supplies and reporting shortages
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Assisting during guest stays and special occasions when required
Main Responsibilities
Property & Estate Maintenance
• Daily supervision and maintenance of the villa and surrounding grounds
• General upkeep of outdoor areas and facilities
• Ensuring the property remains secure, organised, and well presented at all times
Gardens & Exterior Areas
• Maintenance of gardens, lawns, terraces, balconies, pathways, driveways, gates,
fences, shutters, and exterior furnishings
• Seasonal garden care and outdoor cleaning
• Maintenance of outdoor equipment and storage areas• Preparation of outdoor living areas for owners and guests
Pool & Technical Oversight
• Basic pool maintenance and monitoring
• Monitoring utility systems and reporting technical issues
• Coordinating and supervising contractors and external service providers when
required
Driving & Household Errands
• Driving owners and guests when required
• Grocery shopping and household procurement
• Collection and delivery of supplies, packages, and household requirements
Pet Care
• Daily supervision and care of household pets, walking dogs
• Veterinary visits and pet-related errands when required
Handyman Duties
• Minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Assembly, installation, and adjustment of household equipment and furnishings
• Assisting with property preparation before and after renovations
• Assisting with post-renovation cleaning and organisation when required
Team Support
• Assisting the Housekeeper during busy periods, guest stays, deep cleaning
projects, seasonal preparations, and post-renovation cleaning
• Assisting with moving furniture, preparing guest rooms, setting up outdoor dining
and entertainment areas, and other household tasks when required
• Working cooperatively with the Housekeeper to ensure all properties are
maintained to the highest standards
Multi-Property Support
• Assisting with the preparation, maintenance, opening, closing, and inspection of
nearby properties when required
• Supporting guest arrivals, departures, and property readiness across multiple
locationsEmployment Package
Start Date
Preferred start date: October 2026, or as soon as work permit and relocation
procedures can be completed.
Contract
• Initial 2-year contract
• Renewable by mutual agreement
• 1-a month probationary period
Accommodation
Private accommodation will be provided by the employer.
Depending on operational requirements, the couple will either:
• Live in a fully independent staff studio within the property, completely separate
from the owners’ living quarters; or
• Be provided with private accommodation in close proximity to the property(5-
minute drive)
Meals
Food and household groceries will be provided by the employer.
The couple will prepare meals for the household as required and may also prepare
meals for themselves using the same provisions.
Working Schedule
The position requires flexibility due to the seasonal nature of the property.
Low Season (October–May)
• Generally lighter workload
• Typically 1–2 days off per week
• Flexible working schedule depending on occupancy and operational
requirements
High Season (June–September)
• Increased workload during periods of owner occupancy, guest stays, and
seasonal activity• Flexibility regarding working hours and scheduling will be required
• Every reasonable effort will be made to provide at least one day off per week
whenever operationally possible
• Additional time off may be arranged during quieter periods to compensate for
peak-season demands
Compensation
Salary will depend on experience, references, language skills, and overall suitability.
In addition, the employer will provide:

• A meticulous and organised approach to housekeeping, maintenance, and
household operations
